Community Manager

As a new job growing fast in every tech companies, the product operations brazil community represents an effort to bring discussions and evolve this area in in our realities. Some of my responsibilities are:

  • Community Engagement, responsible for actively engaging with community members to foster a sense of belonging and encourage participation. This involves facilitating discussions, responding to inquiries, and encouraging collaboration among community members.
  • Relationship Building and Advocacy, build relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to foster collaboration and mutual support.
  • Content Strategy and Creation, responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with the community's goals and interests. This involves creating and curating relevant and valuable content, such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, or podcasts, to educate and inspire community members.

Senior Product Operations

Previously knew as Hotel Urbano, is one of the biggest OTAs(Online Travel Agency) in LATam that offers a wide range of travel services. As Product Operations, my challenge is support the evolutio of Product Team and Product mindset in the company. Some of my responsibilities are:

  • Lead Product and Design Operations teams since its inception, working on its fundamentals and teams key challenges.
  • Improve the product onboarding process and our internal upskilling on stakeholder to support the continue team growth.
  • Support processes creation and optimization for internal alignment in the Product team.
  • Support experimentation processes in whole company, from hypotesis to go production and results evaluation.
  • Implement and evolve the product team stack from analytics tools as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity to visualization tools (BQ, Metabase, Looker Studio) that support metrics and KPIs from all company.
